  3. I struggled with this exact word today. As I sit at battling seizures. My kids are grown. My husband texted, and asked how I was. I responded. Eh. I feel like I don’t have a purpose. I want to work, and do things. I have to wait until my seizures subside so I am safe. It is just hard, because my dreams are big too. Ugh!!

  4. I know I have a purpose, just have to stick with smiling during the hard times. Even if my purpose is patience which is my hardest virtue. For everything there is purpose. I said purpose to him today, and then it pops up right here. Makes me think even more. Hmm. πŸ’

My purpose for others is to encourage and inspire others who struggle with low self-esteem and codependency issues. My purpose for myself is to keep learning and and growing so I can be the best possible version of myself for myself and my family.

As a person of faith (Christian), I find my purpose connected to my Maker. I believe that a creation can only know it’s purpose from it’s creator. Each creation (for example, electronics) comes with a ‘how to use’ or user’s manual from the manufacturer. Similarly, for me, my relationship with my Maker, defines and reveals my purpose. This purpose, which cannot be compressed into a single phrase, constantly evolves and is reflected in my daily actions.
