~Animals Should Live Free, As We Would Like To Do~

I recently visited the zoo for the fifth time in my life. I have done it once in Berlin, once in Athens, once in Madrid and once in Paris. The last week i visited again the zoological park in Athens. I have to say that, as a child i was loving these little trips and the sight of these beautiful and, sometimes, wild animals. To be honest, at the most zoo parks i have ever visit the personal staff has done a great job on the field of the clients assistance, mostly in Berlin. In my opinion the point is that the conditions should be the best for the animals, since we have captured them in a glass box. Through the years i realize the stupidity which takes all this action. Animals are meant to be in their physical environment, free and with the rules wildness commands. We can’t imprisoned a lion or an aligator in a cage, and making such beautiful and wild animals to look like exhibits at a museum. Also, most of the animals are living under rough conditions, as we can realize through some researches which prove that most of these animals are depressed. We should be the voices these animals need. We can spend our money on the theatre, cinema or other activites. Let’s give to the animals the opportunity to live free, as we would like to do.

  1. I feel the same way about zoos and I really don’t know how we, visitors, can put our fingers in that. Maybe quit going to zoos? Doing a protest? What do you think?

    1. For start, i believe that we should tottaly quit going to the zoo. Protest is a good way to notify our requests to the public.Furthermore, technology is an another mean to make our opinion public by supporting articles and pages who protect the rights of the animals.
